New House

We are now in our new home! There are still a few boxes that need to be unpacked, but for the most part my husband pulled off a miracle and got most of it done while I was still back in our last city to finish a wedding cake(which is a whole other story entirely...sigh, what a fiasco!). He came up on the 21st and I stayed til the 25th. Let me just say right now, I officially prefer NOT being single. When I got here,the wave of overwhelmed depression did not hit. There were not that many unpacked boxes left, the ones that he left were mostly kitchen ones that he didn't want to mess up where I wanted them to go,which I greatly appreciated being an organization nazi of sorts. And its a small apartment, about the same size as our last, but with an additional bedroom and bathroom squeezed in. So the rooms are modest sized, the bathrooms are fairly tiny, but definitely work able, (and can I say halle-freakin-luah for a second toilet!? haha) the kitchen has minimal storage and counter space but is also definitely work-able...overall, its cute and little and we love it. Our two year old son keeps saying "its a new house, i wike it!" And we agree. Our new adventure is exciting! And my husband found a job!! Which in this city, is pretty much a miracle and a half,especially since he found it in exactly a week. This journey has been a real leap of faith. And right now I am feeling very blessed for the way everything is working out. And now...the part some of you have been waiting for PICTURES! They are mostly crappy,because my cell phone was the only camera I could find and frankly its the cheapest piece o'junk cell phone out there,but it works alright...so forgive the weird lighting/blurriness/bad quality.

The other half of our kitchen...that lil tiny table is a playdough table but is currently our dining table as well because in 3 years we havent had to buy a kitchen table....until now, and now we cant afford one haha.

The 3rd bedroom is currently being slept in (its his fist day of work...so he gets to be pampered a little bit) but add a picture later if you reallllly want to see it, but its really not amazing or anything.

So here is goes, another chapter in our lives. Another adventure on our long string of adventures. A fresh start. And it is wonderful.
